  • Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service.

• No-Shows
  • Missing your appointment without notice will incur a 100% charge of the service.

• Special Circumstances
  • We understand health issues and family emergencies; in those cases, we are flexible and happy to reschedule without charges.

• Punctuality
  • Late arrivals may shorten your session to avoid delays for the next clients.
